I am trying to pull in a column that says the name of the custom form attached to the proof on a Proof Approvals report. I was able to do this in the document report, but I can't figure out the text mode for a Proof Approval Report. Is anyone able to assist with text mode to display the name of a custom form if attached to that proof?

Hi @JHulet - Hope this helps! You can change out the display name to be something different for the column header.
