Is there a way to get a column view added that shows planned hours for a specific job role in the Project Templates tab? I want to see how many hours the Designers job role is allocated for each template so that I can batch apply a custom form based on those hours. I am not savvy enough in text mode to figure it out. Hi Leah, Try grouping by Job Role. Just make sure in your view settings you also have selected to 'Sum' the Planned Hours column. That way when you use the Grouping and View in combination you will see the total planned hours per Job Role. Hope that helps. Regards, David Cornwell
