My team uses Proof extensively, and I find it problematic that there are two approval systems. My support tech suggested I vote here in the Idea Exchange. Looks like the idea started awhile back, but resolving this would be a great improvement. If you use Proof and would like to improve the approval functionality, please vote for this idea.
