Since yesterday we have seen a serious delay or just non existence in the Notification emails when new issues are created. I have put in a ticket but was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue.
I have a ticket open for this issue also. We are seeing major delays in approval notifications, and even request notifications. It's caused a major delay in our workflow :(
The good news is that the work itself is there; I emailed all of my workers to let them know to frequently refresh their pages, work areas, and to please email/call each other if something is urgent for now. Hoping this is resolved soon!
