Request Queue Task Report ~ adding task/issue details and custom form fields

We have a request queue where we convert issues to tasks. I would like to be able to add to a report the task/issue details and info from the custom form but I am unable to locate those specific field types. Anyone have any insight?

Hi Susan, One of the things you can do is run an Issues report and add a filter for the specific project (Request Queue). In mine, I added columns for the questions that are asked. I've attached screenshots so you can take a look. Hope that's helpful.

have you had an luck with this ?? I'm hitting the same wall where i need to pull things from the request queue and add it to the project level on conversion
