I would like to ask if there is a way to group by Project Portfolio or Plans or Campaigns in a Proof Approval Report?

Hi there. You can use the below in groupings > text mode. It brings the project name 

group.0.valuefield=documentVersion:document:project:name
group.0.valueformat=HTML
textmode=true
