Same here. I had my users clear cache and cookies and try opening Workfront in an Incognito Browser and still no luck. We opened a ticket with Workfront support as well.

Me too. This has been happening so frequently in recent weeks, the person who said "Workfront has been more whack than usual" is spot on.

What is the process for getting an update on Workfront's root cause analysis / response to the widespread downtime?

I believe, like any company, that may be proprietary info. But ya never know.
If the problem is permanently fixed, it doesn't realy matter, to me at least.

Back when we had an ASE, I would go through my ASE. I suppose now you could try and go through your AE/CSM to try and get one.
