I’d like to share a user suggestion for the Resourcing Module – Workload Balancer in Adobe Workfront.
It would be extremely helpful to have a quick “Cancel” (x) button directly on tasks displayed in the Workload Balancer. This would allow users to rapidly clean up or clear recurring or admin tasks - especially during vacation planning or similar scenarios - without navigating through multiple steps.
This feature could be optional, enabled through system preferences or a Workfront setting, rather than being turned on by default. The small (x) icon on the top-right corner of each relevant task would streamline task management, and the associated flag/value could also be used to trigger additional operations when clicked.
