Multiple task completions within multiple projects

I need to bulk edit multiple project in a program to 100% task completion so they can be archived. How do I do that?

I'm not sure if I'm reading this correctly. Have you tried making a task report that searches for incomplete tasks in that program, and then bulk edit those to be complete?
