Our teams just began using Milestones and we have assigned them to various projects however, the Milestone is showing LATE when it is actually 100% complete. What is driving this? I've checked several dates and I can't figure out why they are still showing late. Also, none of the videos online show or tell you what is driving this Flag or Status (I've also checked both fields).
Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi Angie, to get rid of the status 'dots' in your milestone view of a project report completely, once you're in the report go to the options gear in the upper right of the report, and deselect 'progress status.' See screenshot. This will remove the dots, but will keep the background colors (red/green) of the cells to indicate if the task was done on time or not so you can see trends of where there is a consistent bottleneck, for example.
In terms of when projects fall off the report, that would just be based on your project report filter. You can set a filter for project entry date and/or project status to cut down # of results.
Hi Angie,
The one referred is Task Status Icon.
Task status icons: A status icon is displayed next to each project and task in the Milestone view indicating Ontime, Late, Behind, at Risk. You can disable these status icons from being displayed if needed. This is showing Task status completed in time or late.
A task is Late when the Planned Completion Date is before today's date. To know more you might want to refer to the links below:
Milestone view - Use the Milestone view | Adobe Workfront
Task progress view - why you see them behind, late or ontime is here Task Progress Status overview | Adobe Workfront
Hope this helps.
Sujatha
Thank you Sujahta, How do I disable this dot completely? It is creating a lot of questions. I've also watched the full video on Milestones and if the Task is COMPLETE 100% regardless of the Planned Completion Date and today's date, why would it still show late? This is very confusion.
Do you know once a project is COMPLETE when it comes off the Milestone view?
Thanks for your help.

Also, since I can change the Milestone (system) View - does someone know when the project comes off the Milestone View once is is marked Complete?
