I'm sure this is basic but what am I missing - what is the link between tasks from the project pulling into the workload balancer?
I have 4 tasks assigned to a worker but only 3 of the tasks show up in the workload balancer. What is the link that creates or causes this? Screenshts attached
Thank you!

Hi,
Your final sign off task does not have a duration. This is likely why it's not appearing.
If you set the duration to something greater than 0, it should appear in the balancer.
Best Regards,
Rich.

Woops - thanks Rich! I thought it could be pulled from the plan hours, so the root is from the duration?

No problem, glad I could help!
There's many reasons why a task or issue might not appear. Dates, assignments, hours and duration can all have an impact on what is displayed. You can read more on the Workload balancer here

Rich.

You may also have your balancer on a filter that isn't pulling in all users you want to see, just something else to note.
