Kickstart Timeouts

Hello all, I have several teams in our instance of Workfront that import issues via kickstarts. Most of the time, the file times out and causes duplicate issues to be entered and I have to go into the project and manually delete them. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? The spreadsheets usually have 250-500 rows of data, and I wait a good 5+ minutes on the import page but no error message pops up when this occurs. Bill Pitcher Sequential Technology International

Hi Bill, This is surprising to hear since your files don't have an outrageous number of rows. Are there many custom data fields for all the issues? I would try splitting the import file into smaller sets to prevent the timeout. Andrew Beard - LeapPoint Senior Associate LeapPoint Herndon VA
