Position: Creative Operations Coordinator
Location: New Jersey - North
Status: Onsite, Freelance
Estimated Duration: 37.5 hours per week; ongoing
Starts: Mid-December (Interviews Start 12/5)
Rate: DOE, $23/hour MAX
Job Description:
Our client is a major product manufacturer seeking an entry-level Creative Ops Coordinator to manage 2 systems for the creative marketing team. This is an onsite, ongoing freelance role that could convert to FT for the right fit.
The Creative Ops Specialist will divide their time in 3 ways:
1. Workflow Management System (Workfront, 40%)
- Serve as POC for all Workfront users to provide support
- Develop email communications and training docs
- Support development of Workfront reports
- Troubleshoot issues as needed
2. Digital Asset Management System (DAM, 35%)
- Serve as point person for asset inquiries
- Register users within system
- Tag assets and assign appropriate metadata
3. Print Production (25%) Support department as needed
To be considered, you must have 1 year of marketing or creative experience and a Bachelor's degree.
