Remaining Days in Project

So I have helpful formula for total project duration days. Here: displayname=Planned Project Duration textmode=true valueexpression=CONCAT(ROUND(DATEDIFF({plannedCompletionDate},{plannedStartDate}),2)," DAYS") valueformat=HTML But I am looking to get remaining days based on the duration. The only date I can find that can find of give me this is the last update date. But obviously this isn't accurate. Does any one have a suggestion or have something that they use to better view this? Thanks! Emily Byrne The Starr Conspiracy

Hi Emily, To calculate and reveal the remaining duration on a Project, we do something similar in our "http://store.atappstore.com/product/executive-status-report/">Executive Status Report solution by contrasting the difference in today's date ($$TODAY, the dark blue vertical line) against (deep breath) the theoretical progress to date (the orange vertical line) by applying the Project's Percent Complete (e.g. 33.73%) against the total duration of the Project (in days, from Planned Start to Planned Completion). The resulting "Gap Of Shame" (patent pending; the cyan rectangle between the orange and dark blue lines) gives a visual representation of the amount of slippage between where you should be at (dark blue) and where you're actually at (orange). If you like that concept, I invite you to create a similar Percent Complete based calculation for the latter. Regards, Doug Doug Den Hoed - AtAppStore Got Skills?
