Period Callouts in the Project Association sub-section in the Overview Section

Where can I find the current Period selections that go in the Periods information box in the Project Association sub-section / Overview section / Workfront project folder? I would like to update the Period choices that appear onscreen when I hover my cursor over the Period information box. Thanks for your help on this.
