Issue with new user having access to Workfront

I added a new user yesterday through Workfront but he keeps getting a "You don't have access to Workfront." error message. I did everything the exact same way that I've done previously, not sure why this isn't working. Any ideas?

I'm not sure if you know there are multiple ways to add a user, and that part of this also depends on whether or not your in IMS. With all this in play, you might find it more useful to submit a case to Support -- they'll be able to lead you through some troubleshooting steps based on your exact configuration.
