What do you mean by Template? Usually projects are created by a template. Did you mean add a custom form to multiple projects? If so you should create a report, which lists all your projects you would like to update, select all the projects and then select edit. Then you can add custom forms to all the projects at once.

So my use case is that I have created 10 projects without using a template and I suddenly realized that I should have created them using a template.
Can I apply that template to these 10 projects?

We cannot bulk edit projects to add templates, but I wish we could!! Might be a good idea to submit to the Idea Exchange. You have to go into each individual project and go to the project actions to attach a template.
