How do I get Workstreams enabled on projects / boards?

I want to create workstreams during agile project management. These allow you to structure iterations and sprints. I cannot find a way to enable these and they do not show up in our Workfront set-up.

Workstream functionality has been disabled a while ago according to this post:

we have it available, but I guess that's only because we started using it before it has been taken down
