How to set AVL hours for a Job Role

I am trying to figure out how to set available hours for a Job Role. One of our job roles "IT Project Manager" has the available hours assigned but the others do not and I cannot find where to go in and set that for other job roles or how the IT Project Manager one was set. See below, if anyone can provide assistance I would greatly appreciate it. Troy Burwell SecureWorks

Hi Troy, The Available Hours are populated from the Resource Pools on the projects under the role. Based on your screenshot it appears that the projects under those roles don't have resource pools applied which prevents you from budgeting those roles.
