what code to use to colour code a custom calculated filed, ie if > 100% then mark in Red

There's no way to format the field itself. If you are showing it in a report, use the directions below to format the report.

I think what Skye provided is what you need though, no? You’re wanting results over 100% to show red, this isn’t wanting the field itself to show red. It’s formatting on the report column or data, not the actual field.
