That label is non-deterministic. It is just a label. Nothing changes because it is “Bug Report” “Issue” or “Action Item” or whatever. It makes no difference. There is no logic that goes one way of it is “Bug Report” versus “Issue”. ☺

Thanks for that clarification. Do you know if it's possible to rename them? I can't find reference to them in the Setup > Interface > Layout templates section
