Image custom field URL issue related to the upcoming updated Adobe Workfront URL structure

Hello,

Adobe Workfront URL structure update is coming soon to production. Currently, we are testing with it in Preview. Came across some issues with Image custom field display and more specifically the URL component of it.

For instance, in Production today, the Image URL would be something like this -

https://CLIENTNAME.my.workfront.com/internal/document/preview?ID=123456789

(This is working okay)

In Preview, the same image URL would be like this -

https://experience.adobe.com/#/@CLIENTNAME/so:CLIENTNAME-Preview/workfront/internal/document/preview?ID=123456789

(This returns the error - "Please provide a valid URL")

Any thoughts on how this could be resolved in Preview today and in subsequently in Production in a week or two?

Thank you!

I think when I tested it a few weeks ago (and just tested again just now), I was able to use this format:

https://CLIENTNAME.preview.workfront.com/internal/document/preview?ID=123456789

and it would redirect to the experience.adobe.com link. So I did not need to reformat any of my links.

Are you saying this doesn't happen for you?

(Having said that, I do see a few other glitchy things happening in my instance, so I'll probably clear cache and cookies and record what is going on so I can ask Support if there's another issue going on.)
