Help Printing Dashboard to PDF

Avatar

Level 4

I'm having issues with the formatting when I try to print a dashboard to PDF

 - the column widths are not ideal (some are too wide, others are too narrow) and adjusting the width in the preview does not stick

 - the last column gets cut off

 - landscape mode adds extra white space but does adjust the column widths

Does anyone have tips on how to make printing a dashboard to pdf work so that it doesn't cut off any information and it is readable?

Thanks Skye! I tried all of the suggested options and none of them were successful.

I ended up creating a screenshot of the dashboard and converting that to a PDF. That worked the best.

My last column isn't getting cut off, but might be due to my report being narrow enough to fit within the confines of the dashboard. I would probably say not a lot you can do other than to:

1) review the content in your report and make some hard choices. Also consider merging your columns in order to stack some information. ( https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/reporting/reports/custom-view-samples/vie... )

2) configure your column to make your column widths stick (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/reporting/reports/text-mode/text-mode-syn... )

3) Maybe play around with your print settings (under "More settings" I see a scale option)?
