Same here. Our IT dept. administers the Admin Console, but I am the admin for Workfront. This change makes it more difficult to manage who can submit tickets for Workfront and unnecessarily complicated to change authorized support contacts.

As far as I know, the planner doesn't include general hours. You could try creating a project with tasks for each of your absent categories and have people log time there instead of to general hours.  

You can add a filter that will only show items that the person logged in is assigned to by using the USER.ID wildcard. Assignment >> Assigned to ID equal $$USER.ID

Or, you have reached the max limit of items you can favorite.

I believe the Format of the calculated field needs to be Number instead of Text. 

If you create a calculated field on a custom form, rather than creating the custom field in the report, you will be able to group by it in a chart. 

I' curious how you got the SOCD icons to display in the "Preview" column. Is that a standard field?
