Has anybody been able to make this work?

I'm trying to see:
https:///attask/eventsubscription/api/v1/subscriptions/list
and it's giving me http status 401 - apparently, I need to put in the apiKey and I thought to append &apiKey=ownapikey and it's still giving me the same error.
