Display Issues & Milestones - from update?

It seems every time we have an update, something wonky goes on with our project displays. The milestone bolding and indents disappear?

Now it looks like this - and I have no idea why. Things seem to randomly reset. Anyone have a fix for this?

at a glance, your tasks appear to be out of order comparing the two views. Sounds like the wonky thing that happens is that someone is sorting on something other than the task number. Do you think this could be the case? (whose view is this, and do they often re-sort or perhaps filter on a subset of tasks?)
