Proofing reporting and late notifications

Hoping someone here can help confirm if the below is even possible with Proofing (integrated proofing in NWE, not stand alone version)

We are trying to find a way to generate a report that will show one of our Marketing managers ALL the proofs he is on...not just the ones he is an approver on. There are a lot where he is just a reviewer and not an approver.

Also, we are looking for the best way to set up some sort of late notifications on proofs that will automatically notify the user who is assigned as an approver AND their manager if it's late.
