Disable Sharing the Proof

Does anyone know how I could disable the client (initial proof receiver) from sharing the proof? One of our project manager asked if there is a feature we could do that for the client side and only allow proof owner or project owner to share the proof. There was one instance, the client shares with 5 other people to a proof and it becomes very difficult to manage the comments. Maggie Talierco Olympus

Dear Maggie, Can you provide a little more detail? There are two ways to share a proof - one is by adding additional people (e-mails) to the workflow and the other is simply forwarding on the link you got. In the first case, everyone's comments are recorded against their name. In the second, all the comments appear to come from the same person. Which is it for you? You can disable either/both of these, and the strongest restriction is to not allow the guest (free) accounts and force everybody to log in with a paid account.
