Proof Status
Will a proof status always stay as pending if the decision was Approved with Changes? Will this effect closing the project or making it complete? Also, I have not come across this color category.

If you have multiple approvers on a proof, it'll be pending until all approvers have made a decision. Approved with Changes counts as a decision, so perhaps you have remaining approvers that haven't made a decision.
