Has anyone else today or in the past had issues uploading a PPTX file into a Proof? We were able to do this until recently. I've confirmed all the correct requirements are being me but the file spins and eventually errors out.
At first it seemed to be one file and now it seems to be any PPTX file. I have a support ticket open however, they are still working on the issue.
Thanks!
Angie

Hi there, PPTX is a supported Proof file type, so you are right to open a Support ticket if you have one failing. Be sure it's under the max file limit, which is 512MB for PPT/PPTX. Be sure it's not POT or POTX, this specific PowerPoint formats are no longer supported.
