copy editing symbols in proofing tool

Our copy editing team is printing out so they can manually handwrite these symbols. I envision a dropdown menu in the comments section to select a symbol and add a comment. To the best of my knowledge, there is nothing like this in WF Proof. However, there is a text mark-up tool. Its the "T" tool in the menu drop-down; when you highlight text with that tool, you get a sub-menu with your different options like bold, ital, "replace with", insert after , than kind of thing. My company does LOTS of heavy text edits and the text tool has them working a LOT faster and more accurately than printouts (which in turn has our desktop artists making those marked up corrections more accurately too).
