Our copy editing team is printing out so they can manually handwrite these symbols. I envision a dropdown menu in the comments section to select a symbol and add a comment. Anyone have experience with this? John Wamback Sr. Manager Creative Operations J.Jill

Is there another part of this conversation somewhere? Is this an idea suggestion? If the latter, it sounds like something similar to this: https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360027648374-Stamps-in-the-proofing-viewer Sean

To the best of my knowledge, there is nothing like this in WF Proof. However, there is a text mark-up tool. Its the "T" tool in the menu drop-down; when you highlight text with that tool, you get a sub-menu with your different options like bold, ital, "replace with", insert after , than kind of thing. My company does LOTS of heavy text edits and the text tool has them working a LOT faster and more accurately than printouts (which in turn has our desktop artists making those marked up corrections more accurately too). Their new employee orientation presentation shows those old mark-ups as an example of the "old way". Anthony Pernice Healthcare Consultancy Group
