Bug or error with updates visibility?

Anyone ever had updates on requests come through on your email, but when you open all the requests in Workfront it's all blank?

 

I've had other people test the requests and they can see the updates and comments but it's not showing on my end?

Such kind overview has been experienced many time, either try to clean history / cache or test in a different browser type. In worst scenario, rest User can also help.

Typically clearing Cache and Cookies will help with this but if you need to reset your user preferences here is an article on how to do it.

Do you have your requests page on a certain filter that’s making it look like you have none?
