New Proof Email in Project Updates

Hi- I am looking for a way to include the new proof email content in the project updates if possible. Does anyone know if this is possible or have any recommendations? Our team would like to review context on past proofs.

Hi @cassiest - can you share a bit more information about what you mean? Looking at the native fields that are included on the new proof notification, ie name, approvers, stages, version?
"Our team would like to review context on past proofs" - where are they looking to do this, through reporting? On each project?

Look forward to your feedback and direction here, but my first stab to solve would be Fusion. Upon creation of a proof you can surface all of that information into the update string as well so it essentially is an expansion of the audit-log.

Hi @daniel_clarke thank you for your response. We ultimately have added a context comment to the proofs as a way around this.

Our team reviews past proofs to see what content was approved in the last quarter. This is a separate team from who is actually doing the work and they typically do not know the context around the content, ie who it is for, what projects it's a part of etc.

I understand that updates captures all comments, but was hoping to avoid a double entry because we always add a custom email on every proof. I wish updates captured this. We unfortunately do not have Fusion. I was hoping to see if anyone else has this same situation.
