Best ways to store meeting notes

Hi Everyone,

We are working on our move from Basecamp to Workfront and one area that we'd really like to recreate is an easy way to access meeting notes. Right now in Basecamp we create new messages. We don't want to upload Word docs into Workfront because we feel like they will be forgotten and never referenced again. What do you do? As an organization we also use One Drive and MS Teams.

Hi Christina,

We store all meeting notes and documents for teams that we onboard in a Drive folder and then we link it to the project. Everyone can then go directly to the folder (if it's shared with them) and access all relevant files for the team. The files are always current because they aren't uploaded into the system.

You could take it another level and have additional folders that specify the types of documents in each for easier navigation as the list of files can get long.

Hope this helps,

Teale
