I have a users with contribute rights to a project and the box to edit a custom form is checked. When the user goes to a view with a custom field they are unable to make changes to the custom form.

We are trying something new out where we are doing weekly status updates on a custom form attached to a task. Each week, the PM will create a new task for their status update, add the custom form and then fill out the fields of what they did this week, whats next week, etc. That part all works fine....
