Hi: Questions: 1) When you say you want to capture project activity, what exactly are you looking for? Hours charged to a project in a given quarter or month? What constitutes activity? 2) How do you want to see projects with activity in a given period? Gantt chart? List? You can change the planned start date. You can’t change the entry date or the actual start date. The actual start date is set when the project is moved to an Approved status the first time. When we copy projects, we put the original project in IDEA status, make the copy, and then we change the planned start date of the copy. Moving a project back to IDEA before copying is important, otherwise everyone on the original project is going to be inundated with notifications from the Approved copy when it is created.
