Adobe Admin Console: Now external Workfront Users can "Request Access" to Adobe Apps

Is anyone else having this issue? Now that we have external users getting licensed to WOrkfront via the Admin Console they seem to have the ability to request access to Adobe Apps through our system.  It looks like this is an "All or nothing" system setting- eith er all of your users can request access or no user can make requests. I am guessing its through the Adobe CC desktop app and they do not realize they are signed in to our environment... but there should be way for us to control their ability to make non-workfront requests like this. Adobe Admin console support said the system was just designed this way. Is anyone else seeing this or are we doing something that allows this?

I should add, we do not mind our INTERNAL company Adobe users requesting necessary apps but the users who are only there because they need access to our Workfront should not be able to request other licenses. Seems like another over-sight on Adobe's part with the Workfront migration.

Tvasilovic, you are correct this is a setting within the Admin Console underneath the Products area.  We have that function turned off for the reasons you note as we have users request access to any system via a process our IT teams require in a ServiceNow system.  Once those requests are reviewed and approved, as WF admins we'll go into Admin Console, add the user and then update access, etc. within WF.  It assures the user gets access to only the system(s) approved via the SN process.
