Adding Team Members & Color Coding to reports

I'd love for my weekly status report to include a column with team members names. And I'd also like the report to be color coded by status, i.e. On Hold in blue, Current in pink, etc. I wasn't able to find these options when setting up the report. Can anyone suggest how to do this? Please and thanks! Cheers Stephanie Foyer PSJH

Hi Skye - This is super helpful - thank you! I was able to color code the Status column very easily.
