Update Project Templates automatically update projects

When a template is updated, have the option to update all current projects to reflect the template change

We have several templates that don't have any tasks but are used to help setup the Queue Setup. I would LOVE this ability. However, it would need to be an option as that could get messy if you had templates with tasks and that messes up a current project.
