Pin a Comment in the Updates Section

Description - Add the ability for project users to pin specific comments.

Why is this feature important to you - Our projects involve a lot of collaboration between teams, we encourage users to collaborate within Workfront instead of teams, and not all updates are relevant to everyone so team members might have to scroll to find key project info.

How would you like the feature to work - It would be great if a project owner, or a user on the project, had the ability to pin certain key updates for the project. 

Current Behaviour - Comments appear in the order they were left in.
