Bulk update of assignments for tactics when tactic is requested

Description - Auto-populate assignees to assignments when tactics are requested.

Why is this feature important to you - Assignments are a recurring and tedious tasks that project managers have to do for every single tactic. If we could identify assignees at the tactic initiation request, it would save significant time setting up projects and tactics.

How would you like the feature to work - When a tactic is requested, the requester would identify assignees for the task assignments, and the assignments would be updated when the tactic is created.

Current Behaviour - A tactic is created with assignments, the project manager has to update the assignments to the specific assignee using Workload Balancer < Bulk Assignments.

Can’t you achieve this directly at the template level?

When a tactic is created, the team can predefine assignments by users, roles, or teams in the project template.

When you submit the request, it auto-populates assignments & no need to update later through Workload Balancer or Bulk Assignments.

If you’re using a request queue, you can also configure routing rules to assign work automatically when the request is submitted.

I refer this :

This would work for a smaller organization where every single project manager was using the exact same resource for every tactic, but we have a shared services model - multiple users have the same assignment type. We typically have the same resource group for each campaign or project, but they are not the same for each project manager. Your recommended approach would result in hundreds of templates, defeating the purpose of a template.
