Description
Before the migration, users who logged directly into Workfront without an existing account were automatically assigned a requestor account. This functionality is no longer working. Now, admins must manually create accounts for these users, which causes delays in our operations since requestors cannot submit tickets until access is granted.
Why is this feature important to you?
After the migration, the lack of this functionality has increased the workload for admins and slowed down ticket processing.
How would you like the feature to work?
Ideally, users who access Workfront without an account should be automatically provisioned with one and assigned to the appropriate product.
Current Behavior
Users receive an account, but they are not assigned to the product automatically.
