In the current reporting, we have a field Active Proof Stages on Current Version object type. This field shows the stages that are activated and unlocked. We’d love a field that is about proof approvals so it matches the data presented in the Approval dashboard and Proof Approval Reporting type reports.
A stage would appear when it is activated and the stage status is Pending. Once the stage has a decision, it would drop from the field.
Example:
- Stage 1: Approved – Unlocked
- Stage 2: Approved – Locked
- Stage 3: Pending – Unlocked
- Stage 4: Pending – Not Activated
In the report, I would want Stage 3 to appear in this new column. In the current column (Current Version: Active Proof Stages), Stage 1 would appear as well, but the Proof Owners don’t need to worry about that as that stage’s decision has been made already. They want to easily see that they are waiting on Stage 3 to make a decision to move the proof forward.
