Resource Planner > Ability to lock the Project Prioritization

Our IT group is using the Resource Planner to manage resources, but when each resource manager views the Resource Planner, the prioritization of the projects is out of order. Therefore, the project list has to be reprioritized each time they log in to the resource planner. Not good when we have 30+ projects in flight at a time.

I'd like the ability to lock in the project priority either by Portfolio or Company or perhaps an administrator could set the project priority so that other resource managers would see the same priority upon logging in.

Agreed. We have spent months revamping the Alignment Score process so that the projects appear in the correct order in the Resource Planner. As there is no guidance to suggest otherwise, we had not realised that clicking the orange 'Save' button completely eradicates the order and there is no default view to which you can revert. Not good when you have 400+ projects! This is a fundamental flaw with the functionality and should be addressed asap.

Absolutely agreed!! It is also very frustrating that we spend a lot of time coordinating our overall project priority, but once it is decided on, there is no way for other Resource Managers to see the same priority order besides them spending a lot of time manually re-ordering them to make it match. Very time consuming.
