We have a problem with a possible error in the tool. In the Adobe Workfront production instance, we have configured the integration with your AEM with the system administrator.
Within the specific path for the AEM configuration, a ‘Stage’ repository and a specific path within it have been selected. What we have tested with the same client is that when uploading documentation to Adobe Workfront using the configured integration, a window opens to select the document within the path already configured in the integration, which is great so far.
However, after selecting and uploading it within Adobe Workfront, when you want to view it and click on the image itself, a screen opens to select an AEM repository (3 repositories appear: Dev, Stage, and Prod). When you select “Stage”, which is where the integration with AEM has been done by default, it takes you to the AEM home page to search for it, instead of redirecting you to the photo path to view it directly in AEM.
The problem is that when you try to view a photo uploaded from AEM within Adobe Workfront, it asks you to select the repository. It does not maintain the path selected with the repository selected from the integration created, which is only one in the entire Adobe Workfront production instance.
We need a solution to this bug, please.
