Report Email Deliveries - give admins the rights to remove unwanted sections of text in email body

Some users have found this text distracting in the email body and would prefer to have it removed from report email deliveries.

It would be ideal if, as a SYSTEM ADMIN, we had the ability to remove this automatically generated copy. ie. make this type of message optional. See screenshot attached.
