Allow admins to customize email notification text within Workfront

Description - It would be great if admins had the ability to customize text within email notifications or at least control the branding or formatting on notifications. 

We use fusion now to send out some of our custom email notifications but would prefer if it was native functionality within Workfront. 

Why is this feature important to you - This would allow us to deliver a more cohesive experience to our requestors and assignees. 

How would you like the feature to work - Ideally this would work like any other email tool, allowing us to fully customize the html of the email and pull in dynamic fields when needed.

Current Behavior - We are unable to edit the default notifications in Workfront. We use Fusion instead to send out custom emails.
