Remove or option Users info popup on mouse over

Description - Just moving the pointer over a User's name link causes their contact info to popup

Why is this feature important to you - Even when not intended (almost always), it pops up and prevents any further interaction until closed (X click)

How would you like the feature to work - Remove auto pop up unless name is clicked on, or at least provide the option to do so.

Current Behaviour - This behaviour is quite disruptive and often interferes with the user's intended actions.

I agree! My clients complain about this all the time and it's so frustrating. If I want to see the employee information I'll click on their name.

I've been meaning to report this to support as a user experience snafu. It's disorienting because sometimes I've already scrolled alway from the popup and therefore can't figure out why buttons won't respond when I click. At minimum, allow the popup to close when clicking off the popup or when you scroll so far that the popup is no longer visible.

Strongly agree. The popup will appear when my cursor happens to grazes a user's profile pic, and it will lock up Workfront until it is found and closed. I find it to be an extremely unhelpful feature.

Hi @jon_chen ,

Hope you're doing well. I just wanted to thank you for looking into my post. Any chance of this getting addressed?

Thanks!

@jon_chen This has been driving people nuts (including myself) for years. It only has 36 Likes but I know many more feel this pain haha. Any insight if this could be something pushed to the product team?
