We are creating a photography brief in a custom form, and it would be helpful if each checkbox included the photo angle name along with a reference image

When adding a Dropdown Checkbox in the custom form, is there a way to have only One box checked? (Requester should not be able to select anymore).

But the tasks are made from a 'template'. I can't change the color of a row when a new status is selected on a task. 

I can do that in a report, how about in the actual 'template' task that is added to the Project?Can that change?

In most cases, when a designer (worker) is assigned a task, they have a 'view' permission' instead of a 'contributor'. The admin or project manager always has to go into 'share' and change to contributor. Can WF fix this?  

When a task in a project changes to a status (ie, In Progress, complete, etc.), can the row change to a color?

When a project status changes (ie Out for Review) is there a way that the "requester" gets notified via email?
