Also, just having a direct link back to Workfront from within the proof -- especially if you don't open the proof via Workfront. Also, if a proof is part of another Workfront object, for example, an issue/ request document, allowing for a link to that object in Workfront from within the proof.
We definitely need a way to have the ability to navigate back to the WF Project from the Proof (use case: you opened the proof from an email notification, so you are taken directly to the https://app.proofhq.com/proof/ link to the proof rather than viewing the proof from withing WF). Another example of the tools not fully integrated.
Agree with this thread of messages. We are having the same problem. We were using Document Approvals and are now trying to use the enhanced ProofHQ. We had hoped we would have fewer steps and be able to see the status of approvals easier, but it seems to take more steps now. Our approvers are also saying that they still receive too many emails and are having trouble comparing versions - they want to be able to link to the project from the proof so that they can read the Updates under the Documents tab.
